License to Distribute

You grant Ebooksee.com a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, reproduce, display, and distribute your content on our platform for the purpose of providing the service to users, subject to removal upon written request and in accordance with our policies.

Enforcement & Removal

We reserve the right to review, reject, or remove content that appears to violate this Agreement or applicable law, without prior notice.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Ebooksee.com harmless from any claims arising out of your content or any breach of the representations above.
